Please remove the current driver you have installed and install the compatible driver from here. The CTH-670 is not supported by a driver using Wacom Desktop center. Wacom Desktop Center? Sounds like you have the wrong driver installed.

The latest drivers update of December don't work, and i performed a clean install prior to the new drivers' installation, no avail. Wacom Desktop Center app says so (no device connected) although the tablet's LED reacts to finger and pen input as expected, only the finger just moves the mouse cursor on screen. WAY TOO BIG-probably perfect for illustrators, graphic artists, and animators-far too much real estate for standard photo editing and compositing. This is a bit more complex than simply deleting the folder or using the Win10 remove program function. In any experiment such as this, be sure to REMOVE the driver that is not working before reinstalling again or trying another solution. When an executable is loaded into the system and a program writes to the registry-it is possible to locate the executable file and change its emulation. When you say "doesn't work" what do you mean by that? Will the driver load? Is there any function at all? What happens when you simply plug the tablet in without loading the driver?
